The Business Context Model represents for the scoped engagement the way the organization values with its surroundings. If the Business Context is in the scope of the engagement, this activity is mandatory. The Identified Products, Services, Customers, Markets, Market Channels, Suppliers and Sourcing, and the (optional) Validated Existing Business Context Model are used as input to create the Business Context Model.
